Wyndham Basketball Association is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Youth League 1 Women’s Head Coach for the BIG V 2025 season.

If you have a strong background in coaching, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing young athletes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Youth League 1 Women’s team.

• Develop and implement training programs.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

• Strategise and plan for games and tournaments.

• Collaborate with other coaches and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at a competitive level.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Passion for basketball and player development.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and association staff.
