WEST

The WEST program is an invite only, High Performance program for our first and second teams, plus additional identified athletes within the Wyndham Basketball Junior Representative Program.

The program aims to assist the participating athletes progress with their overall Basketball, with teachings focusing on not only skill development but also advanced style of play development, decision making and deepening the athletes understanding of core concepts that will allow them to take their games to the next level.

The WEST program will provide athletes with weekly elite training sessions, lead by our Coaching Lead, Lucas Allen.

You will need to go far to find someone else with the experience Lucas has, working within an Association, actively coaching development programs for juniors.  Lucas has recently spent four seasons in the NBL, on the coaching staff at South East Melbourne Phoenix where he coached multiple athletes with NBA, Olympic and high level European experience.  Add this to the numerous Australian Junior Championships Lucas has coached at and his experience coaching in 4 different countries, it is easy to see why being a part of this program under the tutelage of Lucas will assist your child develop their game.
