Offices

Werribee Basketball Association is based at Eagle Stadium – 35 Ballan Road Werribee. WBA staff work out of three seperate locations within the stadium; this page explains which staff work where, and why.

Customer Service Office

Where: In the hallway opposite Court 5, turn left from reception and look for the sign “WBA Office”
Purpose: This office is the first point of contact for any general enquiries with the WBA. Whether you would like to join a team, sign your child up for a program or would like to discuss anything WBA related, this is the office you need. It is also where keys for outside venues are collected and dropped off and includes a general reception area.
Who: Competition & Program Manager and Basketball Development Officer

Competition Office

Where: Further down the hallway, opposite Court 6, with the sign “Competition Office”
Purpose: This is the location for teams paying registration fees, referees being paid and general compeition enquiries (open during competition day/times)
Who: Doorkeepers and Referee Team Leaders (RTL)

Head Office

Where: The portable building around the back of the stadium, on the side of the outdoor netball courts. Enter this office via the overflow carpark  to the side of the stadium. There is no access to this office from inside the stadium. Nor to the stadium from the office – Only WBA staff can access either way through this door.
Purpose: This new space provides the WBA with a high quality office for full time staff, board meetings while also allowing room for casual staff to work and the association to grow into the future.
Who: Business Manager, Player and Coach Development Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager and casual staff.
