NOTICE OF 2025 WBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All members are hereby advised that the Annual General Meeting for the Wyndham Basketball Association will be held on:
 
Sunday, the 14th of December, at 12:00 PM. 
Hoppers Club Function Room, 180-200 Pannam Drive, Hoppers Crossing, VIC, 3029.


The positions below will be declared vacant at the meeting and opened for nominations:
– Executive President – 2 Year Term 
– Executive Vice-President – 1 Year Term 
– Executive Secretary – 2 Year Term
– Domestic Chairperson – 1 Year Term 
– Championship Chairperson – 2 Year Term
– Tribunal Secretary – 1 Year Term

If you wish to nominate a member for a position, please fill in the attached form and return it to the Association’s Secretary by 6:00 PM Friday, 5^th December 2025. 
 
Please note the following dates:
November 23rd, 2025, 6:00 PM.
– Any proposed changes to the Constitution are provided to members 21 Calendar Days. 
November 30th, 2025, 6:00 PM.
– All New Business to be forwarded to the WBA Secretary via email (secretary@wyndhambasketball.com). 
December 5th, 2025, 6:00PM.
– Nominations for Vacant Positions to be forwarded to the WBA Secretary via email.
– Delegate’s Names & Contact Details to be forwarded to the WBA Secretary via email. 
December 7th, 2025, 6:00 PM.
