Wyndham Basketball is thrilled to launch E.D.G.E., our new foundational skills program for VJBL players! Designed to help you Evolve, Develop, Grow, and Excel, E.D.G.E. offers an elite 8:1 player-to-coach ratio, focusing on skill development in the rep space.
Join us for 10 weeks of targeted growth, every Thursday morning (6:30 AM- 7:30 AM) at Eagle Stadium, starting July 24th until September 18th!
· Week 1: Confidence Through Control
· Week 2: Triple Threat & Shot Preparation
· Week 3: Attack the Lane – First Step Focus
· Week 4: On-Ball Defense & Disruption
· Week 5: Vision & Spacing Without the Ball
· Week 6: Playing in Pairs (2-Player Actions)
· Week 7: Rebounding, Boxing Out & Second Effort
· Week 8: Scoring on the Move
· Week 9: Play to Decision – Live Reads
· Week 10: Skill Circuits & 1v1 Challenges
