Tribunal Secretary	1 Year Term
Championship Secretary	2 Year Term
Championship Committee Members (5 max)	1 Year Term

If you wish to nominate a member for a position, please fill in the attached form and return it to the Association’s Secretary by 6:00 PM Friday, 13th November 2026.

Any proposed changes to the Constitution are provided to members 21 Calendar Days.

November 8th, 2026 6:00 PM
