Wyndham Basketball and Aspire Recovery Centre Partnership

Wyndham Basketball Association is pleased to announce a working partnership with Aspire Recovery Centre. Aspire Recovery Centre has become Wyndham Basketball’s partner in recovery.
 
As the largest basketball association in the western metropolitan area of Melbourne, Wyndham Basketball has over 10,000 active participants across the Wyndham Basketball competitions and programs. From introductory and development grassroots basketball programs to junior and senior domestic competition, through to junior and senior representative teams competing in the Victoria Junior Basketball League and Big V League respectively. Additionally, Wyndham Basketball has one of the largest offerings in Inclusion Basketball programs.

Players, Coaches and Referees are becoming more athletic, more skilled and have an increase focus on fitness and recovery. Opening in early 2026, Aspire Recovery is a family-owned and operated wellness space located at 27 Wallace Avenue, Point Cook. Created to bridge the gap between performance and recovery, Aspire is a state-of-the-art facility where athletes and everyday individuals can prioritise rest, restoration and results. The centre features a carefully curated range of recovery modalities including infrared and traditional saunas, magnesium baths, cold plunge therapy, contrast therapy, compression recovery boots, LED red light therapy, and mat Pilates, all designed to support physical performance, injury prevention and overall wellbeing. Aspire Recovery caters to everyone from high-performing athletes to those seeking stress relief, muscle recovery and mental reset. Since opening, the centre has proudly partnered with local sporting communities, including the Werribee Districts Football Club and Werribee Tigers Football club providing professional-grade recovery solutions to support athletes both in-season and pre-season.
 
Aspire Recovery is incredibly proud to be partnering with Wyndham Basketball. As a family, basketball has been part of our lives for many years, so supporting a community that shares our passion for movement and performance feels very aligned. Basketball keeps athletes active, strong and connected, but recovery is just as important as training. That’s where Aspire comes in. We’re excited to work alongside Jason and the Wyndham Basketball team, and we look forward to welcoming many of their athletes and families into our space to rest, recover and perform at their best.
